Rita & Rick Case are widely known as successful entrepreneurs and philanthropists. In 1962, Rick Case established his first auto dealership in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. When the couple moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1985, they opened the first Hyundai and Acura dealership in the United States - both have been the top selling dealers in America. Then, between 2002 and December 2015, they added eight more in Broward County. For the year of 2015, The Rick Case Automotive Group surpassed a billion dollars in sales.

Today, Rita Case along with son, Ryan, and daughter, Raquel, and over 1,000 associates serve their customers in South Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia . To date, they continue to hold three world records for selling the most vehicles in one month as follows: Most Honda Cars sold (1,222); Most Acura's sold (379); Most Honda Motorcycles sold (646). The first month in business, these dealerships became the largest in the nation selling more than any other dealership in the United States for Honda in March 2002; Fiat in June 2009; Volkswagen in December 2013 and Alfa Romeo in May 2014; Maserati in December 2015. All the dealerships are located in West Broward County along I-75 in Davie, Florida.

While Rita and Rick Case have founded many stellar charity events and established numerous charity contributions they began the process in 1982 with their "Bikes for Kids" program which has provided over 125,000 bikes to children in need during the holidays in South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia .

When South Florida was affected by Hurricane Wilma in 2005 and Hurricane Irma in 2017 Rick Case provided exclusive access to their generator-operated gas station for medical professionals at the Cleveland Clinic Florida and fire and law enforcement officials from several communities in west Broward County.
